Thanks Dale - I'll probably see if they're worth anything (or what they're going for) and throw em up on ebay.

Thanks again for identifying them for me.  Might have to head down to the junk yard again to look for more (although it's like finding a needle in the haystack, unless you know exactly what to look for).  They literally have  10's of thousands.  I bet half of them are honda keys.  And my hands (and wife's) hands looked the same as after a hard night at the quarter slot machines w/ no wet wipes.  Mr. Green

Also, I just received Joker's duplicates, they are perfect - a solid fit with positive engagement (And, the new keys don't pull out in the on position)....Jeff kicked it up a notch and got them to me in two days!

Thanks Jeff! cheers  salut

Jeff(Joker) has hooked a bunch of us up with great results! We are spoiled though with our triples...and the stamped numbers!

Here's a quandary that I almost got into...I have a 1982 Yamaha 650 Turbo that I bought in 2010,  restored and modified and ride near-weekly. Kerry, my sweetheart actually rides it more than I do due to her 5'-4" frame fits it perfectly.

Anyway, I'm in the garage over the weekend having just returned from a 30 mile ride Sunday morning on the Turbo and I realized that the key wasn't on a proper ring....just the single key in the ignition. It has always been like that. I just never noticed it before.

I go inside and look to see in my "key bag" and nope, no more keys for it so I grab a Yammy ring and go back out to put the key on the ring. That's when I noticed, unlike my RD, the turbo doesn't stamp any numbers on the locks themselves! In other words, if I would have lost the key, I would have had no way to order one!

Needless to say, this needed resolving asap so I logged on to "Keys in the Post" who I have used many times even though they are UK based and ordered a couple of backups.....that was a near miss!
